Each one of our turkeys is uniquely tied and hand-rubbed with the “Cajun Holy Trinity” (onions, celery, and bell peppers) then mixed with our proprietary blend of herbs and spices to enhance the turkey's natural flavor. We take extra care with our seasoning technique to ensure that each slice of the turkey is uniformly seasoned. Our goal is to provide you with an authentic Cajun experience that is delicious and memorable.

Available in multiple sizes, our turkeys are smoked for 12 hours to ensure that every piece of light and dark meat are perfectly juicy and tender.
